Is there parking nearby?
Yes! Metered parking is available right in front of the store. You’ll also find residential parking on Oakwood. Just a heads-up: meters are 1-hour only, so set a reminder to feed it or move your car.
Is this activity kid-friendly?
Of Course! We have kid-friendly activities but pliers may be used which can be tricky for little hands — but no worries, our team is there to help every step of the way!
What’s your refund/cancellation/late policies?
Please note that by booking with us, you agree to our policies noted below.
For regular/non-exclusive appointments:
- If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you give at least 24-hours notice. You will be able to cancel or reschedule using the link in your confirmation email or please email us at info@yepohcharms.com.
- If you’re running more than 15 minutes late, please call or text us at (323) 388-6185 to let us know.
For private parties/events:
- If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled event, and we’ll gladly apply your deposit to a new date (subject to availability). Please note: If you do not reschedule or cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled event, you will forfeit your $250 deposit.
For purchases:
- All sales are final — no refunds, returns or exchanges. BUT if a charm falls off, come back anytime with the charm and we can help you reattach it. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your piece once you leave the studio.
What kind of materials do you use?
Our chains are made of stainless steel for durability and shine. We offer a range of other materials for charms to fit every style — from sleek to sparkly.
